Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and original packaging intact where applicable.
Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at info@ugp.la with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, include a photo and a brief description of the issue. We'll follow up with return instructions from there.
Items purchased online must be returned by mail and cannot be processed at any of our locations.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs.
